1. Who We Are and What We Sell

Sports Betting Mentor (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells football betting tips as digital content, for information and entertainment only. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, we do not hold or manage betting funds and we have no affiliation with any bookmaker. Any bet you place is placed with a third party you choose, at your own risk.

2. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for checking that betting, and buying betting tips, is lawful in your country. We do not offer the service where it is prohibited, and by buying a plan you confirm that you meet these conditions.

3. The Plans

Each plan follows the rule described on our home page, such as the market used and the typical total odds. Odds shown as “around” a figure are approximate, because bookmaker prices change all the time and the odds you get depend on the bookmaker and the moment you bet. We may refine plan descriptions over time, but we will not change a plan you have already paid for into something materially different.

4. No Guarantee of Results

No pick, slip or plan is guaranteed to win or to make a profit. Football is unpredictable, and careful analysis still loses often. Long losing runs are normal, especially at higher odds. Results shown on this site describe the past and do not promise future results. Nothing here is financial, investment or legal advice.

5. Your Own Responsibility

You decide whether to bet, what to bet and how much. Bet only money you can afford to lose, and follow the guidance on our Responsible Gambling page. We are not responsible for losses that follow from using our tips.

6. Orders and Payment

Plans are paid for in advance, in euro, through PayPal (which also takes cards) or in cryptocurrency as shown on the home page. The price is displayed before you pay. One payment buys one day of one plan unless the plan says otherwise. For crypto payments you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network, and for telling us your plan and the transaction hash through the contact form. Crypto transactions cannot be reversed and network fees are yours to pay. An order is complete once we have confirmed your payment.

7. Delivery

After we confirm your payment, we email the slip for your plan to the address you gave us. Picks are normally sent before kick-off. Please give us a working address and check your spam folder. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your email provider, your connection or a mistyped address. If a plan cannot be delivered for a given day, we will deliver it at the earliest opportunity or refund the affected payment.

8. Refunds

Picks are digital content supplied immediately, so purchases are not refundable once the picks have been sent, and your right of withdrawal ends when delivery starts, as far as the law allows. If you paid and we did not deliver, contact us within a reasonable time and we will deliver or refund the affected payment. A losing slip is not a reason for a refund. 9. Results Archive

We list settled slips in a results archive, plan by plan. We settle selections on the final result of the match under standard rules. Where a match is postponed, abandoned or treated differently by bookmakers, we may void the selection or settle it in good faith. The archive is provided for information and transparency.

10. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The content of this site, including text, design, logo and picks, belongs to us or our licensors. Picks you buy are for your personal use. You may not resell, share, publish or pass on paid picks, or copy substantial parts of the site, without our written permission. We may stop serving anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

11. Availability and Changes

We try to keep the site and the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, pause or end any part of the service, for example for maintenance or because a data source becomes unavailable. If we end a plan you have already paid for, we will deliver what remains or refund the unused part.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of the site or the tips, including betting losses and lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Third Parties

This site may mention or link to third parties such as payment providers, bookmakers and support organisations. We do not control them and are not responsible for their services or content.

14. Privacy and Cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and how the site uses cookies in our Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Changes do not affect plans you have already paid for.

16. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which we operate, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. For questions about these terms or an order, please use the contact page.
